  • You'll receive an email with instructions to complete your program setup and begin the verification process.

  • After your program is set up in Zorts, you will receive verification links for athletes and coaches via email. Simply share those links with your families and coaching staff.

  • Joining TCDA and registering your program is free. Verification fees apply only to athletes and coaches. Athlete verification is $29.99 per athlete per season, coach identity verification is $16.99 per coach, and coaches must also complete a background check through Zorts for $18, or upload proof of a qualifying background check they've already completed from a verified provider.

  • Yes! Programs joining TCDA for the 2026–2027 season are eligible to receive a $10 annual discount on athlete verification for the next 10 years. To qualify, each athlete must complete their verification by December 31, 2026. Once earned, your program will receive a unique discount code that can be used each season for the next 10 years.

  • Yes. You'll be able to monitor your roster and see which athletes and coaches have completed their verification requirements in Zorts.

  • Yes. Make sure all required athletes and coaches have completed verification before attending a TCDA competition.

  • We recommend joining TCDA as early as possible. Registering early gives you time to set up your program, distribute athlete and coach verification links, and ensure everyone is verified before your first competition.
