Register your program and add your teams and divisions. You only complete program setup once.

Joining TCDA and setting up your program is free.
$29.99
per athlete, per seasonParents pay Zorts directly. Athletes verified by December 31, 2026 qualify their program for a $10 annual discount for the next 10 years.
$16.99
per coachCoaches must also complete an $18 Zorts background check or upload proof of a qualifying background check from an approved provider.
Everyone must be fully verified.
You can register for a competition before verification is complete. However, all required athletes and coaches must be verified before competition day. We recommend starting at least one month in advance.

Do I set up my program every season?
No. You only complete the initial Zorts program setup once.
Who pays and uploads athlete documents?
Parents pay Zorts directly and upload all required age-verification documents themselves.
Can I track who has completed verification?
Yes. You can monitor each athlete and coach’s verification status from your Zorts roster.
What if I already submitted the Join TCDA form?
Do not submit it again. Continue to the Zorts setup instructions.
